I am doing 250 cupcakes for a friend's wedding this Friday. She wants chocolate chip cookie dough filling and cream cheese filling. I am planning on filling the cupcakes on Thursday night - no refrigeration. I am using the eggless cookie dough filling recipe and purchased Henry & Henry cream cheese filling. Will this be ok?
My heart says yes, but my mind just keeps thinking no.
