Hi--I'm making cupcakes for a breakfast benefit to support a local domestic violence shelter. It's being held at a swanky hotel and I'll be making around 300 cupcakes. The shelter has requested that the cupcakes be placed as centerpieces on each table. Any ideas as to how I can pull this off in an economical manner? I hesitate to go out and purchase several cupcake towers that I'll probably never use again (at least not that many at a time). I'll be making cupcakes for approximately 300 people. Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated!!

If you know how many people are at a table you could go to your local thrift store and purchace china dinner plates. They are usually priced fairly reasonable. Or you could make cupcake bouquets that I've seen here on CC. Good luck! thumbs_up.gif
