there was a thread a while ago that mentioned a good scratch key lime cake recipe. I thought I printed it, but I can't find it, nor can I find the thread!

Does anyone have a good scratch key lime cake recipe?

I tried this recipe last weekend and it was INCREDIBLE . It does use a box cake mix as a base, so not sure if you can technically call it "from scratch", but it is worth giving it a try. I used a raspberry filling. It is a very moist cake though so if you are hoping to cover in fondant, this one probably won't stand up to the weght.
