When using chocolate icing, I always do whipped ganache ...but thinking of trying choc IMBC...I love the taste of vanilla IMBC, but not sure if that transfers over to choc IMBC...
They're for a birthday party with 4 year olds, but adults will also be eating the cuppies
cupcakes are vanilla butter (yellow)
weather here is about 80 but it's inside, so it shouldn't matter.......
