A friend is getting married and is thinking of having a grooms cake at the wedding. Are there any guidelines for what size a groom's cake should be.
The wedding is for 150-200 people. TIA icon_smile.gif

Hi, I am doing one in a couple of weeks, and the guest size is 150. Since the main attention is on the actual wedding cake it will be 100 and the grooms will be for 50. I would say its pretty much up to the bride, let her decide. You can give her some ideas as to the size and servings. From I have seen most of the time the grooms cakes are pretty crazy and not much cake anyway. Good luck and I hope this helped.
