does it taste better than vanilla? I am thinking of purchasing just wanted to see some reviews of it first.

Just bought some the other day. It tastes GREAT, but I haven't worked with it yet, so I don't know how nicely it rolls out, etc. But I think it will be a great alternative to Duff's buttercream fondant. The Satin Ice is less than half the price.
