I have just made Poured Fondant Using A Food Processor recipe from here turned my back for 2 seconds whilst it was in the mixer and its solid. I have manged to work it back into a pliable dough but wont be able to pour it! more like roll it hahaha. Any ideas

You should be able to add a bit of liquid and heat it to a pourable medium. I didn't look at the recipe. I'd seen one somewhere that suggested storing it overnight before using. (I wasted a processor (cheapy one but still) making a food processor poured fondant by doing just what you did...turned my back on it icon_sad.gif ...I had no idea!)

I just looked at it...it looks like the same one from another site that I'd used (from a recipe site). reheat over double boiler slowly over simmering water. If it seems too thick or not thinning as you wanted, add a little water at a time until it's the consistency desired.
