Hi,
I came across this recipe for an excellent buttercream that crusts....although I'm not sure how many cups of icing this will make? I need enough to cover a 10" double layer cake. My guess is approximately 6 cups of icing is what i'll need.
If anyone can tell me how many cups the following recipe would make, It'd be great!
