I'm making an Eiffel Tower groom's cake for 60 people. My thought is to make 2 stacked cakes at the base and pipe the Eiffel Tower on the cakes and the top of the Eiffel Tower use something as a support...styrofoam, RKT...somthing and pipe over that. My questions is...how the heck do I form/shape that topper?
