So I have been making cakes for family and friends and I love doing it. But, people keep asking me for cookies. The nice ones...all decorated with the icing on top. I read stuff and I know they have to be flooded...correct? I'm just not sure where to even begin. I just make cookies cut out in the shape I want, bake them, and then what? How do i get the icing to look so smooth and nice? I have taken no classes for anything so I feel like I am slightly lost and behind others!! Thanks for any help in advance!!!

I tried cookies once, just for my own little party. Charge big bucks for cookies...there is a reason these talented ladies and gentleman charge what they charge for their cookies. The are time consuming and a PITA sometimes icon_smile.gif I'll stick to cupcakes and cakes because my patiences just isn't with me for cookiesicon_smile.gif
