I have a request for a white cake with fresh strawberry and banana filling....any suggestions?????

I've used banana pudding (banana can be tricky sometimes because it browns) made with whipping cream and whipped, so it was like a mousse, and then put fresh strawberries with it. Worked out well. The only slight problem I had was it had to stay in the fridge.

Try putting them in lemon juice for a while before you use them to keep them from browning.
