I plan to do this Coronation Street cake for a good friend and fan, but with a sloped roof (like the real Rover Return inn looks). But I ran out of cake! Should I use RKT ?Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestions, but I decided to try RKT covered in ganache and then 'shingled the roof' with fondant squares. Then I sprinkled poppy seeds for a realistic look. Turned out really cool looking. Will post pic when entire cake is done!
