Hi Cakers!!! icon_biggrin.gif

Will Buttercream icing adhere to Ganache? I want to lessen my cake bulging and cake bubbles that form sometimes after you decorate a cake.

I heard Ganache dries very hard and nothing will come through. So, maybe cake farts and bulging might not be able to come through??

Can Ganache be left in a cool 74 degree room for about 3 days with no fridge time??

Thanks

Ganache does firm up nicely and works well under fondant. I don't know about puttting buttercream over it. Hopefully some one else will respond. Also, ganache can be left out in a cool room, but 3 days seems like a long time.....
