Classic Carrot, Triple Chocolate, and Apple Caramel.

I used the Decadent Carrot Cake last October for a wedding cake! It was TO DIE FOR! Filled it with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing! YUM!

Now the link is working.

Bethola, did you doctored the mix in anyway or did you follow the instructions on the box? What made it to die for?

Yummy, I doctor EVERY mix I use. For this one I decreased the oil by half and added about 1/2 cup of baby food carrots and pecans. It was to die for because it was so moist and just had a better flavor than any other (including homemade, don't kill me scratch bakers) carrot cake I've ever had. It got raves from the wedding crowd!

Gah just more cake flavours you in teh US have over us in Canada boo hoo hoo (Totally kidding here ) Although I cannot wait to get the Triple Chocolate one up here - c'mon DH be nice to us

I hear yah sister...The US gets all the good flavors...Hey DH start selling them specialty flavors over here!!!

I love DH and can't wait to try the new flavors. I always sift first and have been a little troubled lately by "chunks" in the chocolate. Has anyone else had problems?

I tried the Apple Caramel cake and I didn't really care for it. The cake sunk where ever I put the caramel. Not sure if it is supposed to do that or not, lol. I want to try the chocolate one, it looks yummy.

BC just put out a few one ones too, I saw a Cinnamon and Butter Pecan recently. I bought the cinnamon but didn't get around to making it yet. I usually use DH but every now and then I'll use BC.

I bought the chocolate and the carmel one...but have not baked them yet.

I have used the caramel one, added a box of butterscotch pudding, big hit.

I just seen those in the store today! I love the Carrot Cake idea adding the baby food and pecans. I bet that would be good!

I tried the carrot today. I added the baby food as someone suggested. It was moist, but I didn't like the color. It looked and tasted like a spice cake. It was good, but I still like my scratch recipe better.
