I ordered some bavarian cream filling by henry and henry from global sugar art. i was wondering if i just use it as any other filling... making a dam, then filling it in with the cream.
is this right?
thanks in advance!!

Sounds right to me. Can't see why the brand would matter--the sleeve fillings all operate the same way.

Yes, you use it the same way. A good stiff dam then fill away icon_biggrin.gif
