I saw this recipe on the "most saved" but it didn't say if it needed to be refrigerated due to it containing heavy cream.
Does anyone know how well this holds up in the heat and humidity? We can have some pretty humid days here.

Sugar acts as a preservative, and will allow you to leave buttercream recipes made with milk products to sit out.
It has a cup and a half of butter in it, so I'm not sure how it would do in the heat.
