How do I keep my fondant from sweating so bad? After I buttercream, I usually refirgerate or freeze the cake, and then cover in fondant. But it's sweats so bad and then gets sticky. Any recomendation?

That's the condensation....if you leave it out of the fridge for a couple hours it'll dry up and won't be sticky. It's like when you take a cold can of coke out of the fridge and it sweats.
