Hey everyone! I've been working w/ fondant for a little bit and just recently discovered MMF which is fabulous I must say! But I was wondering, how long does it take to harden? I see cakes w/ numbers made out of fondant and they look soo stiff, what's the "drying" time or whatever?

Fondant really doesn't dry that well. You need to mix it half and half with gumpaste, or add some tylose to the fondant. Either one of those will make it so that it will dry nicer.
