I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO proud of these! We had a homeschool co-op orientation last night and were asked to take snacks so I made mini cupcakes. I had thin green, left from my Wilton class this past Tueday, for the the leaves and I had thick pink for the flowers. All of the other colors were medium...so the pink look best.

The other cupcakes are what was left from the batch I made...I didn't need all of them for the meeting.

Again, considering our instructor hasn't taught us how to do roses yet...I'm patting myself on the back pretty good!

Thanks. I thought I did pretty good for somebody that hasn't been taught how to do them. I wish I had made all of the icing stiff and not just used the stiff I already had on hand but I was pinched for time and, honestly, hadn't planned on doing any roses...I didn't know how I was going to decorate them...I did one rose just for fun and liked it so I just went with that.

I hope they get better after my next class!
