If I want to add coconut milk to a DH pinepple cake mix ... any thoughts on how to go about doing so? I'm not sure if that is even possible, lol .... I do normally use the 3D durable recipe for my DH cakes ... using egg whites, oil, water, pudding and sour cream. Would I replace the water with the coconut milk? Would that work? I plan on using this cake for some yummy cake pops ...

Any help would be appreciated. I have not yet graduated to the "experimenting" stage of baking, *grin* If it isn't written in a recipe, then I'm not sure how to do it..
