So I just got back from the inspection at the kitchen I'm going to be renting. It went very well...I wasn't exactly sure what to expect.

So...I have my LLC, my EIN, my food permit and I just applied for my business license and got it immediately online. I'm in the process of contacting my insurance agent to get the insurance policy I had quoted over a month ago.

So I'm ready to GO!
