Does anyone know if you can replace coffee creamer for milk in BC frosting? Would it even make that big of a difference flavor wise if it was a speacialty flavor?

You can do it! It would make it taste yummy if it was a specialty flavor.

I have seen that people have done that to flavor their buttercream. I don't know what recipe they used though.

I always use french vanilla creamer instead of milk. It gives my buttercream a rich taste that is sooooo deliciouss!

Yes, I have heard of people using the flavored creamers in their buttercream instead of milk, but I have never tried it personally. If you don't have milk, you can also just use equal amount of water.

Yep! I think there is quite a long thread here somewhere discussing the different flavor combinations. Some people use it in cake balls too.
