Hi all,
I am making a wedding cake for my friends wedding in October (oh the pressure is too much). Can someone please tell me how many eggs I use for a 10" and 8" sponge cake please.
Think I have biten off more then I can chew, but I am determined to make it and for it to be perfect.
Thank you.

Have you decided which recipe to use? You would need to calculate the amount of eggs and other ingredients based on your recipe. You can refer to the wedding data chart on wilton's site to determine approximately how much batter you need for each cake.

Well, you use the amount of eggs called for in your recipe.
