So heres the deal. I am making chocolate truffels tomorrow and I want to make something diffrent than usual
I already thought up two variations of the classic truffles, but I need a couple more ideas

Truffles with fruitjuice pearls (made with gelatine)
and with honey and sea salt

Ideas?
