Where can I get Hi ratio shortening. The shop where I buy my decorating supplies does not carry it. I've looked at Sams & Costo but they dont have it either. And definitely my local grocery store does not either.

You have to order it online and pay shipping. Most sites only sell in 50# quantities.

I just got mine from The Bakers Kitchen. I bought a 4lb tub $8.99. It is more than I thought and I am excited by the creamy texture of my frosting.

There is a possiblity your local store will order it for you if they can. It will be a 50# block, so be aware of that.
