Hello creative cc'rs! I would love some input on a cake design for a birthday/retirement/new venture cake for a lady who just turned 50.
The cake is for 70 people.
The colors they want are sage green, pastel yellow, ivory. (her favorite colors)... and she loves gerber daisies. I tried to draw an outline on an online paint program. I could not find a topsy turvy cake with a hat box ON TOP anywhere online so it worried me. Do you guys think it would work? I thought the hat box lid being propped open would complete the topsy turvy angle for the top tier. like the digram i ATTEMPTED TO DRAW below. Sorry its not that great, but the yellow blobs are the gerber daises coming out of the hat box.
Would 2 tiers feed seventy people? What sizes would you guys use?

Do you think THAT it would work to have a topsy turvy like this on the bottom detective.gif :mad-hatter:
