that is just a 5 petal blossom cutter used with a two part press.
so simple . you just cut the fondant/gumpaste/modelling chocolate and put it between the two veiners and press.

i use a different cutter than the one with the set. any small 5 pointed cutter will work.

Totally agree with drakegore! It's a blossom cutter....or you could use a small 5-point petunia cutter such as the smaller cutters in this set, with a press!

that's the cutter i use too! i like the points on the ends of the petal better than the rounded petal blossom cutters.
