I ordered the round SPS plates I thought I needed but now the design has changed. Instead of using round cakes, square cakes are being used. I just placed a big order so I would prefer not having to place another. I am wondering if anyone has used the round plates for a square cake? The cake I am making is only 3 tiers 12-10-6. I have round plates in sizes 12, 10, 8, 6. Also the tiers would be offset if that makes a difference.

Round plates under square cakes works fine. The cardboard will be square of course. BakeryCrafts only came out with square plates a few years ago, so we used round under square for years.

Don't be. The first time I ever used is I was so scared. After the cake was stacked and delivered I wondered what all the stress was for. I love SPS!!
