Help 8X3 Cake Pan!!

Hello I just bought a 8x3 inch round cake pan and Im having problems getting the center to cook!! I filled it 2/3 full and set it at 350 degres. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!! icon_cry.gif

I only fill my pans 1/2 way, but that doesn't help you now. maybe if you dropped the oven temperature, or put a flower nail in the center.

I always use the 3 inch pans, I think the cakes look so much nicer. I use a flower nail and baking strips, oven set at 325 and cook for almost 50 minutes. Works for me.
