Advice Please My First Cake

Hi,
Im making a fondant cake for my dads B-day and I am making the cake tommorow and his birthday is on the next day (so the 10th) Is it ok for the cake to be refrigerated over night? Or what should i do? Thanks

I refrigerate my fondant covered cakes all the time with no problem (mostly when I use cream cheese int he filling) ...but if the filling is not perishable you should be able to leave it out no problem as well, as long as it's not too warm in your house. :0) HTH!

I too refrigerate, no problems. But I have no humidity where I live. If you do....look into it more. If this is a family cake,this is when I like to test a little with my cakes, knowing family and friends are forgiving and usually dont notice small things. I'm sure it will be great! After all it all heart... pls post for us.
