I want to make chocolate cupcakes and fill center with a raspberry filling (purchased sleeve raspberry filling) If I add some of this to my premade buttercream will it be to soft to pipe?
If anyone has a raspberry buttercream recipe it would be much appreciated.

I make the Raspberry Puree recipe from this site and to make Raspberry bc I just add 3 or 4 tablespoons of it to my icing.

Thank you. I looked at recipe and sounds great. Only ingredient I don't have is the rasberry chambord (french liquor- preservative).
Could I sub something else for this?

The Raspberry sleeves filling mixed added into your buttercream is delish ...
And Yes you can pipe it into a cupcake with a round tip .. I do it often!
It taste like Raspberry cream.. yummy!

If you have any raspberry LorAnn oil, you can add that to any buttercream recipe.

Thanks fiddlesticks! I already have the raspberry filling and I will mix with buttercream. I just needed the confirmation from someone who has done this. I didn't want to ruin a good batch of buttercream.

Your welcome!
Remember you can make it as buttercream(y) or fruity as you want/need by how much raspberry filling you add...Its also great as a cake filling!
