Just off the top of my noggin, I'd say a board in the length and width about what you want your pig to be. Then screw 4 pipes into the bottom for the legs and attatch those to another base board.

Use RKT to fill out his legs and belly (under the board), then cake for his body.

Almost forgot the head. You will need another pipe or board going up from his body board to support his head. I've seen Buddy do it with a board, then you can still make his head of cake if it is constructed right. Of course, to get the head rounded underneath the board you will probably need to use RKT.

Not sure I'm being clear.... but I hope that helps somewhat.
