Probably a silly question, but I don't want to buy a bulk container of bags in the wrong size. If the cookie is 4 inches all the way around will it fit perfectly in a 4 inch wide bag with no pleating? Or should I go the next size up at 5 inches? Thanks!

I would go up to the 5" wide for a 4" cookie.
