Hi everyone, I am in the process of making a "Wicked" themed cake and I have already made the top of the witches hat out of RKT with modeling chocolate mixed in, but my question is what would be the best medium (modeling chocolate, gumpaste, fondant & gumpaste mix, or fondant mixed with some CMC?) to get the brim to hold its shape and not droop? Whatever I use needs to dry hard and not crack.
I want the brim to kinda of have a slight wave to the brim not just lay flat.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks a bunch.
