I am making a ganche 1:1 heavy cream to baker's semi sweet and letting it cool. I want to get the most out of the yummy ganache flavor without having to spend so much money buying a ton of chocolate. I was thinking once it cools maybe I can add some whipped heavy cream, chocolate pudding, and cream cheese and mix these together then fold into the cooled ganache. Sounds good but haven't tried yet. Any ideas on how to stretch out my ganache? Looking to double or triple my amount.

totally worked! did 7 cups of hwc 7 cups of choc. Once cooled in fridge for a few hours mixed with 3 choc puddings, 4.5 c hwc, 1.5 c sugar, 3 c cream cheese. Came out really great!
