I have been a home baker for years, and recently started taking up cake decorating. I am really enjoying it and was thinking of looking for a job in the world of cake decorating and baking in the future as my children get older. What is the general opinion of pastry school? I thought it may be fun to take some classes and learn a bit more about baking. Would they be worth my while? I am also trying to decide if classes at the community college (way less $$) would be as good for the future compared to classes at Le Cordon Bleu or the Art Institute. Thanks for the input!
