Hi all,

I need a larger cake leveler... and unfortunately can't swing the Agbay just yet.

For now i was looking to get either the Wilton larger leveler or the Fat Daddios equivalent....

Is the FD that much better for the price?

I don't know about the fat dadios but the wilton leveler is worthless.

I HATE my large Wilton leveler! The blade isn't sturdy enough and it bows up when I try to use it creating an un-level cake. I have resorted to doing it by hand using a large serrated knife until I too can afford the Agbay.

Haven't tried fat daddies, but my wilton one sucks.
Try unflavored dental floss and putting cake boards under the cake in the pan for the desired height.
