Hi everyone! My husband has joined in on the love of baking. Hes always been my right hand and helper in the kitchen and a great help anytime I am making cakes (he makes amazing fondant!). Hes a crafty guy and good at just about anything he does. He decided to start taking cake decorating classes (yeah, he got alot of laughs but he is good!) and we want to go into business together.

Now.....I need a business name! I have a few we've been throwing around, but none of them being about the both of us (just general names). I wanted to see if anyone had any interesting/creative names theyd be willing to throw out there.

Thanks!! icon_smile.gif

I don't have a name suggestion...but yeah, how wonderful for you!
My hubby won't go near a cake unless he gets to taste test it!
I had him help me deliver one...ONCE...and trust me it was only once for a reason! He was beyond stressed and made me beyond stressed...lesson learned.

Good Luck!

Well, right now, all that's coming to mind is a play off of the old "He Said. She Said." idea. Maybe "He Cakes. She Cakes." or "He Bakes. She Bakes." or those could be a cute tag line for a name that incorporates your actual last name. I don't know your last name, or either of your first names, so I couldn't try to be crafty with that. For instance, my last name is Lefebvre (pronounced La fave). So many people down here didn't know how to say it, that I tried to come up with a way for people to remember it, and came up with "Le Favorite Cakes" for me. I'll definitely check back in on this thread to see what people come up with. It's a great thing to have such support from your husband! HTH

Not sure if our last name would really be creative in any way LOL. Its Violante. My name is Erin and my husbands name is Brian.

What about "It's All in the Family" Bakery?

I love the He Bakes..She Bakes...either as a tag line or a bakery name.
