I have left-over crusting buttercream in the fridge from last week, is there a way I can turn it into a chocolate crusting buttercream??? Is it as easy as adding cocoa or cooled melted chocolate? Or is it not possible??
This is the recipe I used..http://cakecentral.com/recipes/2075/crusting-buttercream-icing-viva-method

Any suggestions??

I use bakers chocolate melted and slightly cooled to my regular as well as to my cream cheese BC with excellent results. Whip it all up. You may need to add a little extra liquid. I use indydebi's bc but don't see why that would make much difference.
