Hi,

I want to try out the WASC recipe found here but I am wondering whether I can make them into cupcakes. Will it be too dense?

I use it all the time. I think it makes a great cupcake, but I don't really know what you would consider too dense.

I use it for cupcakes as well but I do notice in cupcakes the tops can be a little sticky. I've tried both versions of the wasc and I get that stickiness either way. It makes me want to bake them just a little bit longer but I'm afraid they'll dry out. Once they're iced, I dont' think twice about it.

Mine too dense will be like pound cake texture...instead of cake mix texture icon_wink.gif
