Ive been doing some searching here and online trying to figure out the best way to open shoppe (renting space, from home ext). My husband mentioned possibly converting our garage into a second kitchen. You can access it from outside (dont have to go through the house), the walls are already drywalled and there is full electricity and water in there. I was wondering if anyone knew what would need to be done for it to be considered a second kitchen and allow me to bake/sell from home.

For reference, I am in Ontario Canada, in the Niagara region.

Requirements vary from region to region. You would need to contact your local health department for an exact list of requirements. I wish I could be of more help. I hope the converting goes smoothly and you skyrocket with success!

And check with your city to see if you are able to run a home business and if so, under what circumstances.....
