I have decided to do an LLC vs a SP. My question in looking at the paperwork there is a place for a business address and a mailing address.

I am renting kitchen for the time being with the ultimate goal of owning my own bakery. My mailing address for the time being will be my home address. Would my business address be the same?

It may be different in your state, but in CA my LLC has my home address as the business address. The only place our rented commercial kitchen address appears is on the county health dept certificate.
