Does anyone know how many cups of batter this recipe makes?
Here's the extender I use - it makes 2 cups but you can cut the recipe in half if you don't need that much. It may be extender #2 - I don't remember for sure but I really like this one.
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup water
Add the dry ingredients to the cake mix, then add the wet ingredients in addition to your regular wet ingredients.
