About the baby mould, I know the instructions say put in the freezer until it sets my question is when you take it from the freezer does it defrost on the cake and thus leaving a smudge? or when do you place it on the cake?

I just put mine in the freezer for a very short time so the fondant/tylose will harden up enough to pop it out of the mold. Then I just let it set out to warm up and dry out. When it's dry I use a little luster dust to add some details. It is completely dry before I put it on the cake. Hope this helps.

I also never put mine on the cake straight out of the freezer. I always use powdered color and a tiny paintbrush to shade in areas to make it look more realistic.

I don't think the baby will be happy in the freezer.
If you keep the baby clean, he shouldn't get moldy! icon_lol.gif

(I'm sorry, I just couldn't help myself!)
