Tips On Fondant Figures.

I'm making a cake for my friend's little girl. I need some pointers on fondant figures because I have never made one before. icon_cry.gif I want to make a frog and a fly.

Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA

Sounds like fun! I use candy of a similar size as my base and cover it with fondant and then add my details. That way it wont wrinkle as it settles. Fondant figures are a talent and some have it and some have to work at it. Good Luck!
