I am in preparation for the national gingerbread competition and am going to start working with isomalt for my windows.(my first time) I have been researching the topic for a while but am still not sure the best way to go about it? from what i have read using 1/2 cup isomalt and 2 tbs of light cornsyrup seems to be what is giving people a very clear result. They are saying put in a pyrex glass and Mircowave for 30 sec and then again for 12 seconds until all is melted, then gently stir with cookie stick.?
can anyone give me any ideas or let me know if they have tried this technique ?

thank you !

I am very curious about Isomolt myself.

Tried to check you blog. The link didn't work. This is the message I got:

"Blog not found
