Has anyone ever tried using the Topsy Turvy pans where there is supposed to be limited cutting to shape this wacky cake? If so, how do you like them?

Go to www.suppliesforcakes.com. Click on cake pans and then go to page 4 of those items. This would be the ones that I would probably be more interested in if I were going to get them. I believe there is a smaller pan set on page 1 or 2.

There is also another site where I have seen them and I will let you know if I think of it. But I believe they were cheaper at the site above than on the other site. icon_smile.gif

These have been discussed a few times.

Quite honestly, no one can figure out how you could possibly get cakes to bake evenly/properly with such great differentials in the batter amounts from one side to the other.....................
