Cake Pans?

I am just starting out so I was wanting to know what cake pans you all use the most. And what shapeand character pans do you use alot? thanks

The character pans can't be used for cakes you're going to sell, so they're probably not a good investment.

The ones I use the most are the 3" deep round Wilton pans.

I tend to use the wilton oval set alot. Just bought the Magic Line square pan set which is suppose to be the best..I haven't tried them yet though..

I haven't been making cakes for very long...almost a year...but I prefer the Magic Line as well. I've used my 8"x2" and 10"x2" the most. Hope this helps thumbs_up.gif

I use 2" Deep rounds in 6, 8, 10 a lot as well as 11" 15". I rarely use any other sizes as must clients request the larger tiers as dummies. I use absolutely no character pans. Do NOT waste your money!
