Can you put an edible image printed out on the white edible image paper on chocolate icing? Will it stay white or turn brown?

I have put a white EI on a black covered BCcake and it stayed white....as a matter of fact some color bled through the logoand looked blotchy so I had to lift it and throw it out...

You can do it with the premium papers without the blotchiness. I have put it on dark chocolate and hot pink without any troubles.

Oh, if you dont use the Premium icing sheets, you can always put white icing underneath the image and apply it that way.

We do edible icing on chocolate cakes a lot. We ice the cake chocolate, then ice a thin layer of white on top where the image will be. Or we put the image on a a piece of fondant the size of the image. Both work fine.
