For the numbers just roll a snake out of fondant, thin out the ends and make the curl. I think there is a font on your computer that has funky letters, try there and increase the size you want then print. Tape it to your counter and place wax paper over it and form numbers that way.

FMM funky tappit uppercase letters comes with funky numbers.

If you are not laying the numbers flat on the top of the cake then you will want to knead in a tsp or two of tylose into the fondant before rolling out your snakes..otherwise they could take weeks to dry hard enough to stand up. If this is a topper just insert a toothpick into the number while it's still soft and let it dry (lying down) with the toothpick in it then just stick the toothpick into the top of the cake.
